Only the most outstanding parcels of fruit are used to make this extremely rare wine, and only when vintage conditions allow. Fruit was picked when flavour ripe with good fruit acid balance. In 2010, only 160 bottles of this special wine were produced, each individually numbered.
The fruit selected for the 2010 The LG Cabernet Sauvignon is derived from a low yielding, very small 1ha block which is hand tendered to achieve the highest quality fruit.
