Kimbolton Wines’ Director, Nicole Clark, has always believed wine could be a force for good. In 2021, inspired by her family’s love of animals and frequent visits to Monarto Safari Park, Nicole dedicated the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon to cheetah conservation, creating what is now fondly known as “The Cheetah Wine.” Nicole also sponsors the giraffe through the Kimbolton Fiano, further supporting Monarto’s vital wildlife projects.
