In 2021, inspired by her family’s love of animals and frequent visits to Monarto Safari Park, Nicole dedicated the2018 Cabernet Sauvignonto cheetah conservation, creating what is now fondly known as“The Cheetah Wine.”Nicole also sponsors thegiraffethrough the KimboltonFiano, further supporting Monarto’s vital wildlife projects.
