
Kimbolton recognises the importance of inclusiveness and accessibility for all guests visiting the cellar door and has been awarded accessible tourism accreditation in two areas - Accessible Tourism Limited Mobility and Accessible Tourism Wheelchairs and Scooters. Kimbolton warmly welcomes LGBTQ+ guests and guide dogs as part of its commitment to inclusivity.

There are 2 accessible car parks on site, with ample parking available close to the cellar door. Drop-Off Zone - Guests can be dropped off and picked up close to the front door.
The main entrance is accessible via a paved pathway from the car park. The entrance is a minimum of 850mm wide and step-free.
Kimbolton provides alternative communication methods - telephone, email, and booking on the website. Experiences can be pre-booked to minimize wait times, with ample seating provided in case of a short wait.
Communication aids include a step-free map, regional map, and Kimbolton information. Visual tasting cards ensure a fully immersive experience, and plain English is used throughout the cellar door.
Kimbolton staff provide a familiarisation tour of the cellar door when guests are seated.
Indoor seating (in the tasting room) and outdoor seating (back patio and front deck) is available. Seating includes backrests. Tables are at an accessible height for guests using mobility devices, with leg clearance underneath.
Lighting in the tasting room is even and glare-free to aid lip readers.

Shaded areas on the front deck offer sweeping views of the vineyards. Seating areas include space for carers/friends to sit beside mobility devices.
Kimbolton Cellar Door is a dog-friendly space and welcomes all dogs on the property. Guests are invited to bring their dogs to enjoy the outdoor seating areas, where water bowls and shaded spots are provided. Guide dogs and other service animals are also warmly welcomed, with staff available to ensure a comfortable experience for guests with service animals.
There is an accessible path to the restrooms with signage, including braille. One fully accessible and one ambulant toilet are available, both with grab rails. All-gender accessible bathrooms have doors that are easy to open, with basins, soap dispensers, and paper towels at accessible heights.
