Hosted by cheesemakers Gina & Rachael from The Dairy Duo and Nicole from Kimbolton Wines, this immersive 90-minute session features a curated line-up of four Kimbolton Museum wines, specially selected for the weekend, paired with four outstanding international cheeses.
Let your senses guide you as you explore each pairing — breathe in the aromas, savour the complexity of aged wine, and experience how each cheese enhances and transforms the flavour profile.
This masterclass has been thoughtfully created with each pairing chosen to reflect ripeness, seasonality, and balance.
Gina & Rachael will guide you through each cheese, sharing its origins, characteristics, and the reasons behind its pairing, whilst Nicole will be talking all things wine.
