2019 The Rifleman Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is dedicated to the Rifleman in our family who have made us extremely proud of their achievements representing both our state and Australia. Between them, they have won several Kings/Queens aggregates and prized World Championship.

This classic Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon shows stunning opulence with rich red and black fruits and hints of chocolate, and mint. A wine made to last over the next decade or two- we can only hope it enjoys as much success along the way as the Rifleman in our family.

Elite selection of fruit here, and a best barrel selection as well. Blackberry and currant notes, with a sense of creaminess as well as subtle choc-mints. It's all playing together with respect and reserve, the finish filled with chewy tannin mouthfeels. Already very smart, but wait a few years and you'll be rewarded.
