The Rifleman Chardonnay is only produced in exceptional years for Adelaide Hills Chardonnay.  The inaugural release, this wine is sourced from a vineyard managed by Brad Case in the Adelaide Hills, near Echunga.

The Rifleman range of wines are dedicated to the Rifleman in our family who have made us extremely proud of their achievements, representing both our state and Australia.

Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed, this wine has been fermented and matured in a combination of new and older french oak barrels before bottling. It shows lovely white floral, lemon curd characteristics with nutty oak complexity, fabulous length and acid balance.
